1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the marryph website at marryph.vip, creating a marryph account, or placing any wager or bet through the marryph platform, you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the marryph Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to offers you participate in.

These Terms apply to all users of the marryph platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered account holders who have not yet deposited, and active players. If you are accessing marryph on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

marryph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of marryph following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the marryph platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as required under PAGCOR regulations. marryph enforces strict age verification procedures, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, with all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using marryph.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling or been excluded by any regulatory authority or court order.
• Not a marryph Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of marryph are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in real-money gaming.

By registering an account, you warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. marryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered marryph account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any balances associated with them forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your marryph account, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. marryph may require you to verify this information at registration or at any subsequent point by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your marryph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. marryph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify marryph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account via the Support page.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

marryph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, or Voter's ID) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

marryph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI InstaPay, BDO InstaPay, and other Philippine payment channels as published on the platform. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, or GrabPay are credited to your marryph account balance in real time or within a maximum of 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. marryph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times outside of marryph's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard withdrawals below ₱50,000 are processed within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 or those flagged for compliance review may take up to 48 hours. marryph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

4.4 Withdrawal to Verified Payment Methods Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name that match the personal details on your marryph account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

marryph may from time to time offer deposit match bonuses, free credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• marryph reserves the right to cancel any promotional offer, revoke a bonus from any player's account, or modify bonus terms at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the eligible account holder and may not be transferred or shared.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the marryph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Accessing marryph while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players or exploiting technical errors, glitches, or exploits in marryph games
• Using marryph for any money laundering or financial crime purpose
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first engaging marryph's dispute resolution process
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the marryph platform or that negatively affects other players' experience

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on marryph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in-game or available from the marryph Support team on request.

Each game on the marryph platform is governed by its own specific game rules. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence in relation to gameplay matters. For all other matters, these Terms prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction or connection interruption during gameplay, marryph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round. marryph's decision in such cases shall be final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the marryph platform, including but not limited to the marryph logo and brand name, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, and all other materials, is the property of marryph or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any marryph content without express prior written permission from marryph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, marryph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the marryph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or any financial loss resulting from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the marryph platform or third-party systems
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions you make regarding gameplay, wagering amounts, or game strategy
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO

marryph's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Closure & Responsible Gaming

You may request closure of your marryph account at any time by contacting the Support team. marryph also provides voluntary self-exclusion tools that allow you to restrict your own access for defined periods. If you believe you have a gambling problem, marryph strongly encourages you to use these tools and to seek support. Players exercising self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from marryph during the exclusion period.

marryph reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where the account is found to have violated these Terms, where there is a regulatory requirement to do so, or where marryph determines in its sole discretion that continued account operation is not in the player's best interests from a responsible gaming perspective.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

marryph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the marryph Privacy Policy and the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a marryph account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

marryph may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, marryph will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of marryph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your marryph account or these Terms, you agree to first contact marryph's Support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
